 "Exercise Your Mind" is a virtual platform for cognitive stimulation. At exercises are used to work on the main cognitive areas of the brain: language, memory, executive functions, sight, attention, concentration and auditory thought. It has been designed by neuropsychologists to keep the mind active.

    This workshop provides a place to reflect, offering participants the chance to improve and/or change their everyday habits. We reinforce the fundamental role of physical exercise at the same time as providing guidelines for pain management, a balanced diet, preventing falls, personal independence and social involvement.
