Register and accreditation

In order to present a project, it is necessary for the candidate institutions to register using the new software on the Calls Website.

To register for the first time on the software platform, candidates must fill out the information and upload the following documentation:

    1. National ID Card (DNI) of the person in charge of the application.

    2. Accreditation form as a representative of the institution (template available on the software).

Until the ”la Caixa” Foundation validates this documentation, the applicants cannot continue with the grant application, as such it is important to complete this step as soon as possible. The validation process can last from 1 to 3 working days from when the application is made.

    • Institutions that have been accredited in previous years must update their information on the Website in 2020. Institutions must ensure that all the information and documents are still valid at the time they submit their application.

    • Institutions that have not been accredited will be accredited through the software, at which point they will be given access codes (username and password).

Access to the presentation form will be provided once the call has opened, and it can be edited up until the deadline.

To provide support in the presentation, we have a Support Guide (PDF, 467 KB), which is also available on the Call Website in the Documents section.
