    Aim: To learn and raise awareness of self-care routines that reinforce self-esteem and confidence, as well as aspects to improve our personal image.

    Topics covered: Body changes and image, physical activity routine, self-massage and relaxation, aesthetics and personal hygiene.

    Duration: 5 sessions of 1.5 hours (total 7.5 hours).

    Aim: To get to know our own body and its possibilities for movement. To enhance strength, flexibility and stamina, as well as improve coordination and balance to prevent falls.

    Topics covered: Body awareness, warm-up and toning exercises to work on strength, stamina, balance and coordination.

    Duration: 5 sessions of 1.5 hours (total 7.5 hours).

    Aim: To learn different techniques to relax the mind, as well as their use and benefits in dealing with stress and anxiety.

    Topics covered: Deep breathing, Jacobson's progressive relaxation, Schultz's autogenic relaxation, body awareness and mindfulness.

    Duration: 5 sessions of 1.5 hours (total 7.5 hours).
